This course is for Hiring. Hiring is the key to having a successful restaurant team. It is where you can see if it will be a happy fit for both parties. We will dig into some important steps to take during the process as well as some nice tricks, tools and systems to use to continue bringing in solid team members.

You should expect to become an expert in hiring for your restaurant. You will get the tools to create a plan for hiring.

You will become a better hiring manager/owner by using a series of checks and balances to ensure the new hire fits your core values.

Founder

Brendan O'Leary

Hi! My name is Brendan O'Leary. I am the Founder of Chex Consulting. I have devoted all of my adult life (and most of my childhood) to restaurants. I am the son of restauranteurs and have seen the pains of owning and operating restaurants. After operating restaurants for years, I worked with dozens of other restaurants to help improve their bottom line. I now consult, train, coach and teach to help managers get started or veteran managers look at business differently.
